Orders are typically processed within Same Day after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, such as holidays or sale events, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of the items in your order. These costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor its progress.

In cases where packages are returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed at delivery point), we will contact you for further instructions. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
